Topic 2 How can we protect ourselves from the earthquake?教學(xué)內(nèi)容分析及課時(shí)分配建議:本單元以O(shè)ur World 為主題。第二話題主要圍繞玉樹地震,地震中如何保護(hù)自己等話題展開。同時(shí)學(xué)習(xí)表達(dá)安慰,關(guān)心等的功能句。本話題的主要語法是:多音節(jié)和部分雙音節(jié)形容詞比較級(jí)和最高級(jí)的變化規(guī)律。主要句型有:The mobile phone is more useful than the telephone., The computer is the most useful of the three., The safest place is under a strong table or desk., Was it serious?, Im very sorry to hear that., Dont worry.等。 語音版塊復(fù)習(xí)字母i, o和字母組合oo,ou,ow,or,ai在單詞中的發(fā)音規(guī)則;區(qū)分/和/ /的發(fā)音,學(xué)習(xí)降調(diào),繼續(xù)訓(xùn)練連讀和不完全爆破。Project的活動(dòng)“Caring About the Children From Disaster Areas”為學(xué)生靈活運(yùn)用該話題相關(guān)語言知識(shí)和創(chuàng)造了條件,訓(xùn)練學(xué)生用英語做事情的能力。本話題建議用五課時(shí)完成。第一課時(shí):Section A1a,1b,1c,1d 第二課時(shí):Section A2a, 2b, Section B3a, 3b Section A3第三課時(shí):Section B1a, 1b, 1c, 2, 4第四課時(shí):Section C1a, 1b,1c, 2a, 2b,2c第五課時(shí):Section DGrammar and Functions, 1, 2, Project第五課時(shí) (Section DGrammar and Functions, 1, 2, Project)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)思路:本節(jié)課的課型為復(fù)習(xí)課。Warming-up播放一段關(guān)于地震的公益性短片,將學(xué)生的注意力吸引到課堂中,同時(shí)讓學(xué)生感受到地震無情人有情的人文情懷。在Revision環(huán)節(jié)里,學(xué)生討論與地震及自我保護(hù)有關(guān)的話題,復(fù)習(xí)形容詞的比較級(jí)和最高級(jí)的用法以及本話題的功能句。Task1:Reading 中的課文是一篇關(guān)于汶川的新聞報(bào)道,在讀文章之前,教師在網(wǎng)上找到關(guān)于汶川和玉樹的英語新聞視頻,學(xué)生觀看之后,師生討論新聞的要素。然后學(xué)生速讀課文,猜測新單詞的意思。再讀文章,理解細(xì)節(jié)并完成表格。最后,學(xué)生根據(jù)表格,兩人一組相互復(fù)述課文。Task 2: Writing 的任務(wù)是仿照1,將2的表格改為一篇新聞報(bào)道,向全班報(bào)道,提醒學(xué)生注意新聞的要素。Task3: Project的主題是關(guān)心災(zāi)區(qū)的孩子。首先出示一些災(zāi)區(qū)孩子的照片,引起學(xué)生感情的共鳴。然后組織四人小組活動(dòng):一人為記者,采訪其他三人Project第一步中的3個(gè)問題。之后仍然小組合作,將采訪結(jié)果改寫成簡短的匯報(bào),并由記者同學(xué)向全班匯報(bào)。最后,學(xué)生獨(dú)立完成書面表達(dá)任務(wù):給災(zāi)區(qū)的小朋友寫一封信,表達(dá)安慰,關(guān)心和祝福。.
