The music should be selected according to certain principles. In the study, thirty participants listened to a selection of music. And they should exercise in time with the beat. It is probable that music stimulates a special area of the brain. Then it helps people feel relaxed. According to the study, the type of music depends on factors like the intensity of the exercise, age and gender of people. Different types of music works on different people. On April 15, China launched its second Compass navigation satellite, about two years after the first Compass module went into orbit. Within the next two years, China will launch another 10 satellites. The 12-satellite system will cover China and neighboring regions for the first period of the Compass program.
