1、1. 簡(jiǎn)介 OURUI-DSS-2008-3D鉆井液振動(dòng)篩作為石油、天然氣鉆井作業(yè)過(guò)程中第一級(jí)鉆井液凈化設(shè)備，主要用于鉆井液中固、液相的初步分離，即將鉆井液中的有害固相（巖屑等）分離出去，保證鉆井液的性能，并為后續(xù)凈化設(shè)備提供合適的鉆井液。 OURUI-DSS-2008-3D鉆井液振動(dòng)篩具有較寬的篩布目數(shù)選擇范圍（最大目數(shù)可達(dá)200目/時(shí)），用戶可根據(jù)使用情況選配不同目數(shù)的篩布。 OURUI-DSS-2008-3D鉆井液振動(dòng)篩電氣按鉆井作業(yè)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)防爆要求配置設(shè)備，系統(tǒng)防爆標(biāo)志為d IIBT4。2. 結(jié)構(gòu)OURUI-DSS-2008-3D鉆井液振動(dòng)篩主要由底座、進(jìn)料箱、篩箱、篩網(wǎng)、激振器和減振器、

2、升降架和控制系統(tǒng)等8大部件組成（見(jiàn)附圖）。3. 原理篩箱通過(guò)橡膠浮子懸掛于底座支架上，在兩臺(tái)反向旋轉(zhuǎn)的電激振器共同作用下，沿一定方向作直線振動(dòng)，它通過(guò)機(jī)械振動(dòng)將大于篩網(wǎng)孔的固體和通過(guò)顆粒間的粘附作用將部分小于網(wǎng)孔的固體顆粒篩離出來(lái)。從井口返出來(lái)的鉆井液經(jīng)過(guò)振動(dòng)著的振動(dòng)篩篩網(wǎng)表面，固相從篩網(wǎng)尾部排出，含有小于網(wǎng)孔的固相顆粒的鉆井液透過(guò)篩網(wǎng)流入循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，從而完成較粗固相顆粒的分離作用。4. 主要參數(shù)OURUI-DSS-2008-3D型激振轉(zhuǎn)速 1500r/min激振器功率/電壓/頻率 2×1.86kw/380V/50Hz篩網(wǎng)規(guī)格 3-1053×697（mm×mm）最大

3、處理量 210m3/h外形尺寸 2826×1838×1630（mm×mm×mm）凈重 1950kg激振器其它參數(shù)詳見(jiàn)電激振器操作手冊(cè)5. 運(yùn)輸與吊裝（1） 用升降架將篩箱調(diào)至水平位置。（2） 裝好左右兩側(cè)兩個(gè)運(yùn)輸托架（紅色），如下圖所示。為避免運(yùn)輸及吊裝過(guò)程中因篩箱晃動(dòng)導(dǎo)致橡膠浮子損壞，OURUI-DSS-2008-3D鉆井液振動(dòng)篩在篩箱左右兩側(cè)配備了兩個(gè)運(yùn)輸托架，這些托架使篩箱在運(yùn)輸或吊裝時(shí)不會(huì)自由移動(dòng)。 （運(yùn)輸托架）（3） 吊裝必須在底座吊耳處吊掛，起吊時(shí)，應(yīng)保證設(shè)備處于水平位置。6. 安裝與調(diào)試（1） 將設(shè)備固定在有足夠剛度和強(qiáng)度的水平基礎(chǔ)上。（2

4、） 將進(jìn)液管與進(jìn)料箱入口法蘭聯(lián)接。（3） 拆下篩箱左右兩側(cè)的運(yùn)輸托架，使篩箱通過(guò)橡膠浮子處于懸空狀態(tài)。（4） 檢查橡膠浮子聯(lián)接螺栓是否有松動(dòng)，如有松動(dòng)，則需緊固。（5） 用戶按激振器說(shuō)明書的要求，將規(guī)范電源接入振動(dòng)篩的控制箱。（6） 卸下激振器軸承蓋中心位置上的堵塞，點(diǎn)動(dòng)電機(jī)，觀察電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子旋向，兩臺(tái)振動(dòng)電機(jī)旋向應(yīng)相反，如下圖兩種組合均可，旋向確定后，裝上堵塞。（7） 電機(jī)按標(biāo)記接地。（8） 篩網(wǎng)的選擇與安裝a. 篩網(wǎng)采用鉤邊篩布，用戶可根據(jù)使用要求選擇不同目數(shù)的篩網(wǎng)。b. 篩網(wǎng)的安裝和拆卸是通過(guò)篩箱兩側(cè)的螺栓張緊裝置完成的，如上圖所示。由于篩網(wǎng)處于張力下，為防止篩網(wǎng)張緊時(shí)被拉向一邊或拉偏，在篩

5、箱內(nèi)側(cè)一邊焊有一系列的定位塊，如下圖所示。上篩網(wǎng)時(shí)，篩網(wǎng)在定位塊一側(cè)的張緊螺栓應(yīng)首先與篩網(wǎng)壓板嚙合，并由中間向兩邊擰緊，固定篩網(wǎng)的一端，然后再?gòu)牧硪粋?cè)與篩網(wǎng)壓板嚙合的中間兩顆張緊螺栓開始擰緊，最后擰緊該側(cè)其余的螺栓。操作中，采用帶萬(wàn)向節(jié)的專用套筒扳手，轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)螺母來(lái)張緊或松動(dòng)篩網(wǎng)，旋轉(zhuǎn)螺栓90°可拆下篩網(wǎng)。c. 篩網(wǎng)損壞的主要原因是篩網(wǎng)張緊力不夠，以致引起篩網(wǎng)顫動(dòng)，通常沿篩網(wǎng)邊緣或包邊壓條處斷裂或損壞。因此，篩網(wǎng)安裝請(qǐng)嚴(yán)格按照前面的方法進(jìn)行，否則將近使篩網(wǎng)過(guò)早損壞。d. 當(dāng)篩網(wǎng)下面的橡膠墊條發(fā)生斷裂或磨損，請(qǐng)及時(shí)予以更換，否則也將使篩網(wǎng)過(guò)早損壞。7. 操作開機(jī)（1） 開機(jī)前必須拆下運(yùn)輸托

6、架，保證篩框處于自由懸掛狀態(tài)。（2） 先開啟1號(hào)電機(jī)，待1號(hào)電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常后，開啟2號(hào)電機(jī)（只有在啟動(dòng)1號(hào)電機(jī)后才能啟動(dòng)2號(hào)電機(jī)，否則2號(hào)電機(jī)不能啟動(dòng)）。（3） 待振動(dòng)篩運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)正常后，開啟進(jìn)液閥，讓鉆井液進(jìn)入篩箱。（4） 調(diào)整篩面角度a) 機(jī)械舉升：加大（減?。﹥A角,將棘輪順時(shí)針（逆時(shí)針）旋轉(zhuǎn), 直到卡緊齒輪,將扳手調(diào)整到水平位置,逆時(shí)針（順時(shí)針）拉動(dòng)扳手, 使液面覆蓋達(dá)到篩箱長(zhǎng)度的2/3為宜，隨著流量、粘度的變化，應(yīng)對(duì)篩面的角度進(jìn)行適時(shí)調(diào)整。b) 油缸舉升：使用液壓升降裝置（如下圖所示），調(diào)整篩面角度（OURUI-DSS-2008-3D型調(diào)整范圍-1°+5°），使液面覆蓋達(dá)到

7、篩箱長(zhǎng)度的2/3為宜，隨著流量、粘度的變化，應(yīng)對(duì)篩面的角度進(jìn)行適時(shí)調(diào)整。(機(jī)械舉升) （機(jī)械舉升機(jī)構(gòu)） （液壓舉升） （液面示意圖）調(diào)整步驟：機(jī)械舉升：a. 調(diào)整棘輪 b. 將扳手放置到水平位置c. 扳動(dòng)扳手，升降篩箱到適當(dāng)?shù)奈恢?液壓舉升：d. 松開頂柱環(huán) e. 鎖緊手油泵回油閥f. 手油泵加壓稍微提起篩箱g. 取出兩邊立柱上的插銷h. 手油泵繼續(xù)加壓，升降篩箱到適當(dāng)位置i. 插入插銷j. 手油泵泄壓k. 鎖緊頂柱（5） 在使用過(guò)程中，如粘度太高而出現(xiàn)跑漿現(xiàn)象，可用高壓清水短時(shí)間沖洗篩面。停機(jī)（1） 關(guān)閉進(jìn)液閥（2） 讓振動(dòng)篩持續(xù)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)3分鐘，將篩面上的殘留物排出完。（3） 先停止2號(hào)機(jī)，再停

8、止1號(hào)機(jī)。（4） 使用清水沖洗篩網(wǎng)。8. 維護(hù)保養(yǎng)（1） 激振器的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)a. 定期用力矩扳手檢查底腳螺栓是否有松動(dòng)，力矩為70kg.m。b. 定期檢查激振器引入電纜懸掛是否有磨擦、擠壓現(xiàn)象。c. 拆裝激振器時(shí)，嚴(yán)禁使用鐵器敲打。d. 嚴(yán)禁自行調(diào)節(jié)電振器的激振力。e. 激振器的潤(rùn)滑必須按電機(jī)說(shuō)明書執(zhí)行，加注時(shí)由上部的油杯加入，并卸下底部的堵頭，將舊油脂排出。注：請(qǐng)嚴(yán)格按要求加注指定牌號(hào)潤(rùn)滑脂，不得隨意加注其它牌號(hào)潤(rùn)滑脂。工廠可為用戶有償提供潤(rùn)滑脂或提供咨詢。f. 設(shè)備停止不用時(shí)，應(yīng)清掃激振器外殼上的泥漿污物。g. 設(shè)備經(jīng)長(zhǎng)途運(yùn)輸或長(zhǎng)期擱置不用時(shí)，在使用前必須用相應(yīng)電壓的兆歐表測(cè)量其定子繞組與機(jī)

9、殼間的絕緣電阻，當(dāng)額定電壓為380V時(shí)，不低于0.38M,否則電機(jī)應(yīng)進(jìn)行干燥處理，直到絕緣電阻達(dá)到規(guī)定值時(shí)為止。h. 激振器損壞嚴(yán)重時(shí)，請(qǐng)及時(shí)與制造廠聯(lián)系修復(fù)。i. 嚴(yán)禁用水直接沖洗控制箱和分線盒。激振器的維護(hù)保養(yǎng)詳見(jiàn)電激振器操作手冊(cè)。（2） 振動(dòng)篩的維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)a. 長(zhǎng)期擱置不用時(shí)或長(zhǎng)途運(yùn)輸前，應(yīng)清除振動(dòng)篩上的泥漿污物。b. 檢查的有聯(lián)接螺栓是否松動(dòng)，并擰緊。c. 檢查橡膠浮子是否撕裂或起層，并更換。d. 檢查篩網(wǎng)下面的橡膠墊條是否發(fā)生斷裂或磨損，并更換。e. 檢查進(jìn)料箱是否聚積泥餅，并清除。9. 常見(jiàn)故障及處理故障現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生原因處理方法不產(chǎn)生振動(dòng)1.未供電2.電纜接頭松動(dòng)或斷裂3.電機(jī)損壞1.

11、、 Overview OURUI-DSS-2008-3Ddrilling fluid vibrator works as the primary purifying equipments for drilling fluid while oil and gas drilling working . it aims to separate solid from fluid preliminarily, it means that the vibrator separates the pernicious solid (cuttings, etc.) from the fluid in order

12、 to keep the fluid features unchanging, and supplies the suitable drilling fluid for next purifying equipments.OURUI-DSS-2008-3Ddrilling fluid vibrator has a wide selectable range of screen numbers (Max. Numbers is 200mesh).User can adapt the screen cloth of different screen numbers according to req

16、e,two vibrating motors,an electrical control box,screen frame assembly, a material-feeding box, rubber hanging floats, front, and rear transporting brackets, a lifter etc.3.2 principle of operationThe screen frame assembly of OURUI-DSS-2008-3D drilling fluid vibrator is hung on the screen frame base

17、 with eight rubber floats. It uses two special explosion-proof vibrating motors as vibrating source. Motors rotate at determined rotating direction, and make the whole system linearly vibrate along certain direction. Solid of different sizes are separated from drilling fluid with the screen that pos

18、sess different screen numbers. So the drilling fluid is purified.4 transport and hoist4.1 adjust the screen frame and make it horizontal with hydraulic lifter.4.2 install four brackets (red color) in front and at back ,two-side position of the frame.Four support-brackets are provided for OURUI-DSS-2

19、008-3D drilling fluidvibrator to keep the rubber floats from damage caused by the screen frame swaying and rocking during fluid transportation and hoisting from damage can force the screen frame assembly not to move freely through the transport-hoist procedure. Must remove the four transporting brac

20、kets before starting the equipment. (Transporting bracket) 4.3 must fix the equipments on transporting vehicles during long distance transportation.4.4 Don't wire to other position instead of the hangers on the base hoisting the screen frame in order to keep the equipments from damage.4.5 The eq

21、uipments must be horizontal during hoisting.5. installation and adjustment 5.1 lay up the equipments horizontally and fix them on the location. 5.2 connect the feeding pipe to the feeding box. 5.3 determine and install the screen. 5.3.1 adopt 3 sheet of hooking edge, 1053*697mm² size screen clo

22、thes. User can choose the screen cloth of different screen numbers according to requirements. because the screen is under tension, it may be pulled towards one side or deviation-pulled. In order to prevent the screen from that, there are some location pieces welded on the inside of the screen frame.

23、 When tense the screen , all the bolts at the location side of the screen should be engaged at first. Then engaged the bolts at the other side, starting to engaged with the middle bolt of each screen and going through at the right and the left side alternately. two kinds of device for quick screen t

24、ensing operation are designed to easily install and remove the screen of model GX-II drilling fluid vibrator.( note : only one kind of tension device is provided in the case of delivering product)1. end face can tension device( fig.1):Rotate the sleeve about 180° to bolt or unbolt the tension-b

25、olt with a special wrench. After unbolting the bolt , rotate the bolt about 90° and let bolt head pass through the rectangle port of hooking edge press-plate in order to remove the hooking edge press-plate and replace the screen. The tension of this device is constant , so it is adapted to the

26、screen with soft screen-frame.2. variable-tension bolt tension device(fig.2): Rotate the nut to tighten or loose the screen with a special socket wrench with universal joint. The tension of this device may be changedable. It is suitable for the screen with hard screen-frame. main reason caused damag

27、e to the screen is short of enough tension. Shortness of tension will make the screen the screen jolt, generally cause or rupture along the edge or along the wrapping-edge press-strip. Therefore please install the screen strictly according to the rule described in the section 5.3.2, or durability of

28、 the screen will be shortened. if the rubber strip-spacer under the screen is broken or worn, please replace it immediately, or durability of the screen will be shortened.5.4 vibrator is equipped with collecting liquid sunp. Liquid can discharge from the rectangle ports at the bottom or side of the

29、sunp. As liquid discharge from the ports at one side of the sump, the ports at the other side of the sump should be closed with closing-doors.5.5 installation and adjustment for the vibrator. the vibrator is equipped with electrical control panel at one side of the vibrator. All cables are put into

30、pipes in advance. Please power the vibrating motor according to the electrical specifications of the vibrating motor. Dont change the operation voltage at random. two vibrating motors cannot start at same time. Please start motor 1# at first, then start motor 2#( vibrating motor 2# can be started af

31、ter vibrating motor 1# has been started).5.5.3 check the connecting-bolts of the rubber floats. If they are loose, please tighten them.5.5.4 Remove the transporting brackets at the front of and the rear of the screen frame assembly to make it hang freely through the rubber floats.5.5.5 Removed plugs

32、 at the ends of the vibrating motors, push the button of each motor very briefly and observe the rotating direction of the motor rotor. The vibrating direction of two vibrating motors should be opposite against each other and is should in Fig.5. reinstall the plugs after the correct rotating directi

33、on is asserted. Note : must remove the transporting brackets before pushing the button of the motor very briefly.5.5.6 motors should be grounded according to the marking.6. operation 6.1 starting inspect the transporting brackets of the vibrator to assert they have been removed before starting the v

34、ibrator. If they arent removed, please remove them to ensure the screen frame assembly hanging freely. separately start two vibrating motors in order. (vibrating motor 2# can be start after vibrating motor 1# has been started.) open the intake valve and let the drilling fluid enter the vibrator afte

35、r the vibrator runs normally.6.1.4 adjust the angle of the screen surface with the hydraulic lifter (adjustable range is from -1°to +5°)and assert the second screen is under liquid surface (see Fig.6) Adjusting procedure； loose the loop-handle pushing bar, lock the oil-back valve of the ha

36、nd pump; increase the pressure of the lifter to lift the screen frame a little; remove the bolt; further increase the pressure of the lifter to make the front end of the screen frame up or down to the correct position; insert the bolt; release the pressure of the hand pump; lock the loop-handle push

37、ing bar;6.2 replacing the screen The screen is easily worn out. Wearing and damage are inevitable to the screen. Please refer to the rule in the section 5.3 to replace it.6.3 stopping close the intake valve. let the vibrator continuously run for 3 minutes to discharge all remainder on the screen sur

38、face, and then separately stop two motors in order (first stop motor 2#,then stop motor 1#).7 maintenance and service 7.1 maintenance and service for the motor. 7.1.1 periodically examine the fang bolts of the motor with torque wrench. The wrench torque is 70kg.m.7.1.2 periodically inspect the hangi

39、ng cables to the motor and determine whether it is rugged or pressed. forbid anyone to strike the motor with iron tool for removing or installing the motor. use TP-I Tieba superior oil especially for wide range of temperature, speed and pressure operation to lubricate the vibrating motors. Fill TP-I

40、 grease once per 2000 operation hours. It must be ensured that 40% volume in bearing is full of the grease. Fill the grease from the upper oil cup, meanwhile, and remove the lower plug to discharge the used grease. Note : please fill the authorized brand grease according to requirements. It is not p

41、ermitted to fill the other brand grease at random. Users may acquire the grease or the information about it by paying the manufacturer.7.1.5 please clean the motor case as the equipment are not in use.7.1.6 after transportation for a long distance or left alone for a long time, ensure to measure the

42、 insulating resistance between the stator and the case of the motor with M meter before the equipment. When rated voltage is 380V ,assert the insulating resistance should be not less than 0.38 M.if it is less than 0.38 M, please dry the motor until the insulating resistance the rated voltage value.

43、if the motor is damaged seriously, please immediately contact the manufacture to repair it.7.2 maintenance and service for the vibrator if the vibrator was left alone for a long time ,or before transportation for a long distance, please clean it for clearing away the mu and dirt. wash the screen wit

44、h clean water to keep the screen mesh from being plugged. check all connecting-bolts to examine if they are loose. If they are ,please tighten up them. inspect the rubber spacer floats to examine whether they are torn or peeled. If they are , please replace them . inspect the rubber spacer under the screen to determine whether it is broken or worn. If it is , please replace it. inspect the feeding box to determine whether it has mud cake
