1、背向滑步推鉛球論文:背向滑步推鉛球 表面肌電圖 積分肌電圖 最后用力部分【中文摘要】研究:本文主要嘗試將肌電技術(shù)運(yùn)用于背向滑步推鉛球技術(shù)動(dòng)作中,從而測(cè)量出優(yōu)秀鉛球運(yùn)動(dòng)員在整個(gè)投擲過(guò)程中所表現(xiàn)出來(lái)的生物電情況,對(duì)測(cè)量結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析整理,得出最后用力階段主要用力肌群肌電的變化情況,為運(yùn)動(dòng)員在以后日常訓(xùn)練中技術(shù)診斷和肌肉力量訓(xùn)練提供參考,提高我國(guó)男子鉛球運(yùn)動(dòng)成績(jī)。研究方法:采用芬蘭產(chǎn)的MuscleTesierME6000便攜式8導(dǎo)肌電儀對(duì)10名優(yōu)秀運(yùn)動(dòng)員進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)完整背向滑步推鉛球過(guò)程中的肌電數(shù)據(jù)采集,運(yùn)用Megawin肌電分析軟件將所得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析整理。研究?jī)?nèi)容:鉛球運(yùn)動(dòng)員的最后用力階段的表面肌電圖

2、譜;各肌肉肌電活動(dòng)的開(kāi)始時(shí)間、結(jié)束時(shí)間、持續(xù)時(shí)間;肌肉肌電活動(dòng)的均方根振幅平均值;肌肉肌電活動(dòng)的積分值;所測(cè)肌肉在整個(gè)動(dòng)作階段的貢獻(xiàn)率。研究結(jié)果:1最后用力準(zhǔn)備部分肌電分析發(fā)現(xiàn)右三角肌、右斜方肌、右前脛骨肌最先參與肌肉發(fā)力,肌肉肌電活動(dòng)開(kāi)始順序先后為:右三角肌、右斜方肌、右前脛骨肌左股二頭肌右胸大肌、右股直肌右肱二頭肌右橈肌;右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌最后結(jié)束放電,肌肉肌電活動(dòng)結(jié)束順序先后為:右肱二頭肌右股直肌左股二頭肌右橈肌、右前脛骨肌右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌;右三角肌、右斜方肌肌肉放電持續(xù)時(shí)間最長(zhǎng),肌肉肌電活動(dòng)持續(xù)時(shí)間的長(zhǎng)短順序?yàn)?右三角肌、右斜方肌右前脛骨肌右胸大肌、左股二頭肌右股

3、直肌右橈肌右肱二頭肌。2最后用力準(zhǔn)備部分右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌肌電信號(hào)相對(duì)最穩(wěn)定,肌肉肌電活動(dòng)放電的同步化方面:右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌相對(duì)較大,右橈肌、右肱二頭肌、左股二頭肌次之,右股直肌、右前脛骨肌肌肉放電的同步化相對(duì)較低。3最后用力準(zhǔn)備部分肌肉的貢獻(xiàn)率情況:右三角肌、右斜方肌、右胸大肌最大,其次是左股二頭肌、右橈肌、右前脛骨肌,最小的是右肱二頭肌、右股直肌。4最后用力加速部分肌電分析發(fā)現(xiàn)右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌、右前脛骨肌最先參與肌肉發(fā)力,肌肉肌電活動(dòng)開(kāi)始順序先后為:右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌、右前脛骨肌右股直肌右橈肌右肱二頭肌左股二頭肌;右三角肌、右胸大肌、右斜方肌、左
