44、ime. 永磁同步電動(dòng)機(jī)直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制系統(tǒng)0 - 引言同步電動(dòng)機(jī)由于具有功率因數(shù)高,運(yùn)行效率高,穩(wěn)定性好,轉(zhuǎn)速恒定等優(yōu)點(diǎn),被廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中。熟悉同步電動(dòng)機(jī)的起動(dòng)故障,并及時(shí)排除故障,對(duì)電動(dòng)機(jī)本身及生產(chǎn)系統(tǒng)都有重要的意義。為了能及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的排除故障和處理故障,必須對(duì)同步電動(dòng)機(jī)的常見故障進(jìn)行詳細(xì)分析!1 - 常見故障1.1-同步電動(dòng)機(jī)通電后不能起動(dòng)同步電動(dòng)機(jī)起動(dòng)后不能運(yùn)行一般有以下幾個(gè)方面的原因:(1)電源電壓過低。由于同步電動(dòng)機(jī)的起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩正比于電壓的平方,電源的電壓過低使同步電動(dòng)機(jī)的起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩大幅下降,低于負(fù)載轉(zhuǎn)矩,從而無法起動(dòng),對(duì)此要提高電源電壓,以增大電機(jī)的起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩。(2)電動(dòng)機(jī)本身的故障
45、。檢查電動(dòng)機(jī)定、轉(zhuǎn)子繞組有無短路、斷路,開焊和連接不良等故障,這些故障都會(huì)使電機(jī)無法建立起起動(dòng)的額定的磁場強(qiáng)度,從而使電機(jī)無法起動(dòng);檢查電動(dòng)機(jī)軸承有無損壞,端蓋有無松動(dòng),若軸承損壞端蓋松動(dòng),造成軸承下沉,與定子鐵心相摩擦,從而造成電機(jī)無法起動(dòng),對(duì)定轉(zhuǎn)子故障可以用低壓搖表,逐點(diǎn)查找故障情況,采取相應(yīng)的處理方法;對(duì)軸承和端蓋松動(dòng)的情況,每次開車前都要盤車,看電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)是否靈活,如果軸承或軸瓦損壞,要及時(shí)更換。(3)控制裝置故障。此類故障多為勵(lì)磁繞組的直流輸出電壓調(diào)整不當(dāng)或無輸出,造成電動(dòng)機(jī)的定子電流過大,致使電動(dòng)機(jī)過電流動(dòng)作或電機(jī)的失磁運(yùn)行。此時(shí)應(yīng)檢查勵(lì)磁裝置的輸出電壓電流及其波形是否正常,熔
46、斷器是否熔斷,接觸不良;電路板插件是否插牢或?qū)?zhǔn);檢查回路電阻,滅磁鐵晶閘管是否燒斷或擊穿。(4)機(jī)械故障。如被拖動(dòng)的機(jī)械卡住,造成電動(dòng)機(jī)不能起動(dòng),此時(shí)應(yīng)盤動(dòng)電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)子看轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)是否靈活,機(jī)械負(fù)載是否存在故障。1.2-同步電動(dòng)機(jī)不能牽入同步。 同步電動(dòng)機(jī)常用的異步起動(dòng)法,在電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速達(dá)到95%同步轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)投放勵(lì)磁,使之牽入同步。同步電動(dòng)機(jī)不能牽入同步的原因如下:(1)勵(lì)磁繞組短路。由于勵(lì)磁繞組、存在短路故障,因而不可能產(chǎn)生額定磁場強(qiáng)度,導(dǎo)致電動(dòng)機(jī)只能在低于同步轉(zhuǎn)速下穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行而不能牽入同步。查找勵(lì)磁繞組短路,可在轉(zhuǎn)子引出線上通入低電壓(約30V),用一根手工鋼鋸條放在磁極面上,逐個(gè)檢查磁極,如果
47、該磁極面上鋼鋸條振動(dòng)劇烈,說明該磁極沒有短路,如果鋸條微振動(dòng)或不振,說明該磁極短路。卸下該磁極后,檢查該故障點(diǎn),是短路程度,采取局部修理或重新繞制。(2)電源電壓過低。電源電壓過低,造成勵(lì)磁裝置的強(qiáng)勵(lì)環(huán)節(jié)不能動(dòng)作,從而使電動(dòng)機(jī)不能牽入同步,具體辦法是適當(dāng)提高電源電壓。(3)勵(lì)磁裝置的故障。如投勵(lì)過早(即投入勵(lì)磁時(shí),電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子轉(zhuǎn)速過低),會(huì)使電動(dòng)機(jī)無法牽入同步,此時(shí)應(yīng)檢查投勵(lì)環(huán)節(jié)是否存在故障。如勵(lì)磁裝置故障,輸出的電流低于額定值,導(dǎo)致電機(jī)的電磁轉(zhuǎn)矩過小而無法牽入同步,此時(shí)應(yīng)仔細(xì)檢查勵(lì)磁裝置的投勵(lì)環(huán)節(jié)和移相環(huán)節(jié),用示波器檢查投勵(lì)環(huán)節(jié)和移相環(huán)節(jié)的波形,還應(yīng)檢查滅磁環(huán)節(jié)滅磁晶閘管是否正常發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,及時(shí)處理,如不能及時(shí)處理,為了能快速恢復(fù)生產(chǎn),應(yīng)更換備用電路板。1.3-電刷及壓緊彈簧、集電環(huán)故障。電刷過短,壓緊彈簧壓力不足,使得電刷和集電環(huán)之間接觸不良,從而產(chǎn)生火花或電弧,電弧或火花一方面易引起短路,另一方面會(huì)使電弧燒得更短,從而引起斷路,造成勵(lì)磁裝置只有勵(lì)磁電壓而無勵(lì)磁電流;壓緊彈簧老化失
