5、gofstructureprincipleunderstandcarairconditioningofclassificationandlayoutunderstandcarairconditioningofcla1(概述TY-TF660A型涂膠機(jī)是為電子元件廠研制的專(zhuān)用設(shè)備之一，是用于對(duì)超薄金屬片進(jìn)行雙面涂曝光油墨的專(zhuān)用設(shè)備。TY-TF660A®涂膠機(jī)具備手動(dòng)和自動(dòng)操作方式，操作簡(jiǎn)潔方便。是目前較先進(jìn)的設(shè)備之一。TY-TF660A型涂膠機(jī)是在單面涂膠機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上改良的雙面涂膠新機(jī)型。是將清洗干凈的0.052.0金屬片上雙面涂光刻膠的專(zhuān)用設(shè)備。本機(jī)采用OMRON電器為中央控制單元。涂膠

28、采用交流單相220V50Hz10A電源。接線口為三線，請(qǐng)接置設(shè)備右后側(cè)的三芯插口上。開(kāi)機(jī)前請(qǐng)確認(rèn)設(shè)備可靠接地。12(開(kāi)關(guān)功能12.1 漏電保護(hù)開(kāi)關(guān)安裝在右側(cè)控制箱內(nèi)板上，有電源控制開(kāi)關(guān)、傳動(dòng)控制電源開(kāi)關(guān)、涂膠棍控制24V電源控制開(kāi)關(guān)，開(kāi)機(jī)前必須同時(shí)合上四組開(kāi)關(guān)機(jī)器才能正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。12.2 電源開(kāi)關(guān)電源開(kāi)關(guān)是用來(lái)控制設(shè)備運(yùn)行用直流電源的開(kāi)關(guān)。按下電源開(kāi)關(guān)，打開(kāi)電源，電源指示燈亮，開(kāi)關(guān)電源已接通電源，此時(shí)可以進(jìn)行工作。按下電源開(kāi)關(guān)按鈕，關(guān)閉電源，電源指示燈滅。12.3 急停緊急停止開(kāi)關(guān)。在工作的過(guò)程中，遇到緊急情況，按下開(kāi)its/units:160hours4,major:automobilemai

43、輥壓力大小15(維護(hù)與保養(yǎng)為了保證TY-TF660A型涂膠片機(jī)長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定地工作，最大限度地發(fā)揮機(jī)器的效能，在日常使用及檢修中應(yīng)注意以下幾點(diǎn):1(保持涂膠機(jī)的清潔，特別是涂膠輥要保持干凈，經(jīng)常用溶劑清潔膠輥表面的雜質(zhì)和粉塵。2(在日常使用和檢修中，不能將螺釘和硬質(zhì)物體掉落在涂膠輥上，不要?jiǎng)潅团鰝磕z輥表面。3(每個(gè)工作日后要徹底清洗上下涂膠輥和勻膠輪表面,特別是涂膠輥紋路中不可遺留殘余油墨.4(每個(gè)工作日后要徹底清洗抽膠泵，不能留有殘余膠液。5(有相對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的零部件之間要保證運(yùn)動(dòng)靈活，潤(rùn)滑良好。6(各零部件聯(lián)接處的螺栓不能有松動(dòng)現(xiàn)象，如有松動(dòng)，應(yīng)及時(shí)擰緊。its/units:160hours4,m
