Unit 4 Dont eat in class.Section B 1a-2c一、教學(xué)目標(biāo): 1. 語(yǔ)言知識(shí)目標(biāo):1) 能掌握以下單詞:out, go out, dish, do the dishes, night, before, dirty, kitchen, more, noisy, relax, read, terrible, feel, strict, be strict with, remember, follow, follow the rules, luck 2) 能掌握以下句型: Dont leave the dirty dishes in the kitchen. I have to help mom make breakfast. 2. 情感態(tài)度價(jià)值觀目標(biāo):能讀懂一些英語(yǔ)的規(guī)則制度,能用英語(yǔ)表達(dá)和制定一些簡(jiǎn)單的規(guī)則,理解沒(méi)有規(guī)矩不成方圓;無(wú)論是在學(xué)校時(shí)還是在家庭中以及以后走上社會(huì)都應(yīng)當(dāng)遵守規(guī)則,按規(guī)則辦事。二、教學(xué)重難點(diǎn)1. 教學(xué)重點(diǎn):1) 學(xué)習(xí)本課時(shí)出現(xiàn)的新詞匯及表達(dá)方式。2) 通過(guò)進(jìn)行聽(tīng)力訓(xùn)練,讓學(xué)生們能聽(tīng)懂本節(jié)課時(shí)所出現(xiàn)的新的表達(dá)方式。3) 通過(guò)進(jìn)行閱讀練習(xí)來(lái)進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)運(yùn)用本課時(shí)的新語(yǔ)言知識(shí)。2. 教學(xué)難點(diǎn) 1) 閱讀訓(xùn)練。 2) 理解must, have to/ can/cant的用法 三、教學(xué)過(guò)程. Warming- up and revision1. Greet the Ss. 2. Check the homework. Let some Ss read their home rules. . Presentation1. Show some pictures on the big screen and let Ss learn the new words and expressions. 2. 學(xué)生看著1a部分的圖片T: What day is it today? Ss: Its Tuesday. T: The boy is going out on school nights. (板書,教讀)學(xué)生理解“school nights”的含義。Can you go out on school nights?Ss: No, we cant.T: Yes, in China, the students cant go out on school nights. So please dont go out on school nights. 3. 請(qǐng)學(xué)生朗讀1部分的“rules”,并將圖片ah的序號(hào)填寫在1b這些規(guī)則前的方框中。4. Check the answers with the class. . Listening1. Tell Ss theyll listen to the recording about Daves house rules. Listen and put an for things Dave cant do and a for things he has to do. 2. Play the recording for the Ss to listen and check.3. Play the recording again for the Ss to check the answers. . Listening1. Now lets work on 1c. Now first, lets read the phrases aloud together. 2. Explain the meaning of the phrases if necessary.3. Play the recording three times for the Ss to listen and write the phrases in the chart in 1b. Do you know, when Im unhappy I like to talk to Dr. Know. Shes great and he knows everything. She can give you the best advice. Now, lets work on 2a and lets meet Dr. Know. . Presentation 1. Show some pictures on the big screen. Teach Ss the new words and expressions. dirty, dishes, kitchen, noisy, relax, terrible, read, feel, strict, be strict with 2. Ss learn the new words and expressions and try to remember them. . Reading 1. Fast readingT: There are many rules in Mollys home and school. She feels unhappy. Read the letter and find the answer to this question:What does Molly feel about the rules?Ss read the letter and find the answer to this question.(she feels terrible.) 2. Careful reading 1) Read the letter again and underline the rules for Molly. 2) Ss read the letter and try to find the rules for Molly and underline them. 3) Check the answers with the class. (Let some Ss read their answers aloud. Let other Ss add some rules. ) 3. Careful reading 1) Read Dr. Knows letter and answer this question: What does she think of the school and home rules? 2) Ss read Dr Knows letter and find the answer to this question. 3) Let one student read out his/her answer. (She thinks parents and schools are sometimes strict, but they make rules to help us. We have to follow them. ). Reading 1.
