4、J33865、 中華人民共和國(guó)消防法6、我國(guó)現(xiàn)行的相關(guān)的驗(yàn)收規(guī)范和操作規(guī)程。2 、工程概況工程概況 ：青海油田職工之家建成于1991年， 由于年久失修，導(dǎo)致此建筑現(xiàn)在里外受損嚴(yán)重，接上級(jí)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)指示，現(xiàn)對(duì)其進(jìn)行整修并改造為一多功能型會(huì)議室。此建筑主題結(jié)構(gòu)由主場(chǎng)地及兩側(cè)6間小房子組成。改造思路：主場(chǎng)地可改為一大型多功能會(huì)議室，向光一側(cè)房子可改為一小型會(huì)議室、休息室及吸煙室，背光一側(cè)房子可改為洗手間、倉(cāng)庫及更衣室。改造的會(huì)議室為砌體結(jié)構(gòu)、磚木結(jié)構(gòu)，地上一層，主場(chǎng)地建筑面積為360mt建筑高度4.2m,內(nèi)墻為壁紙墻面、局部為水質(zhì)涂料，雙層鋼窗，門為夾板門，鋼串片采暖，室外混凝土臺(tái)階。本工程為停用建筑物，

5、現(xiàn)已有裝飾裝修已老化，故將全部翻新裝飾修葺。本工程的施工項(xiàng)目包括上述施工范圍內(nèi)的全部地面、墻面、柱面、頂棚的面層裝飾，以及內(nèi)門、衛(wèi)生潔具、燈具等。以上工程項(xiàng)目全部包括供貨和施工安裝。外墻用真石漆噴涂；大廳地面、墻面采用800*800磁磚，輕鋼龍骨紙面石膏板吊頂；衛(wèi)生間地面防水處理后采用地磚300*300， 墻面采用 300*450墻磚，塑鋼板吊頂；大會(huì)議室地面木地板，瓷粉乳膠漆墻面，天棚輕鋼龍骨紙面石膏板吊頂；原裝飾物拆除。3 、主要工序施工方法（一）施工順序本工程采取自上而下，先頂棚，后墻面、柱面再地面的施工順序，地面面層需待吊頂全部完成后，方可進(jìn)行施工。從專業(yè)上先電氣、通風(fēng)空調(diào)管線，然后再

18、漆。3、主要施工工具基層清理工具：刮刀、鋼絲刷、掃帚等。涂刷工具：排筆、毛輥及其它輔助工具。4、操作方法：（ 1 ）基層處理：應(yīng)當(dāng)特別注意，基層應(yīng)表面平整，紋理質(zhì)感均勻一致，否則會(huì)因光影作用而使涂膜顏色顯得深淺不一致?；鶎颖砻娌灰颂饣?，以免影響涂料與基層的粘結(jié)力。（ 2）涂刷稀乳液：為了增強(qiáng)基層與膩?zhàn)踊蛲苛系恼辰Y(jié)力，可以在批刮膩?zhàn)踊蛲克⑼苛现?，先刷一遍與涂料體系相同或相應(yīng)的稀乳液，這樣稀乳液可以滲透到基層內(nèi)部，使基層堅(jiān)實(shí)干凈，增加與膩?zhàn)踊蛲繉拥慕Y(jié)合力。（3）滿刮膩?zhàn)樱簝?nèi)墻和頂棚應(yīng)滿刮乳膠涂料膩?zhàn)?23遍，第一遍用膠皮刮板橫向滿刮，一刮板緊接一刮板，接頭不得留槎，最后收頭要干凈利落。干燥后用

19、砂紙磨平磨光，并清掃干凈。第二遍用膠皮板豎向滿刮，干后用砂紙磨平磨光并清掃干凈。第三遍用膠皮板刮板找補(bǔ)膩?zhàn)踊蛴娩撈伟鍧M刮膩?zhàn)?，將墻面刮平刮光，干燥后用?xì)砂紙磨平磨光，但不得將膩?zhàn)幽ゴ?。最后將粉塵擦凈。（ 4）刷第一遍乳膠漆：涂刷順序是先頂板后墻面，墻面是先上后下。乳膠漆可用排筆涂刷或滾涂。涂刷前應(yīng)將涂料攪勻，并將其稀釋，經(jīng)滿足施工要求。施工時(shí)， 涂料的涂膜不宜過厚或過薄。過厚時(shí)易流墜起皺，影響干燥和施工質(zhì)量；過薄，又不能發(fā)揮涂料的作用。一般以充分蓋底、不透虛影、表面均勻?yàn)橐?。干燥后?fù)補(bǔ)膩?zhàn)樱佔(zhàn)痈珊笥蒙凹埬ス?，清掃干凈。?5）刷第二遍乳膠漆：操作方法與第一遍相同。使用前充分?jǐn)噭?，如不很稠?/p>
