鍋爐停爐期間的保養(yǎng)方法boiler maintenance method while stopping機(jī)組酸洗、吹管結(jié)束后，局限于系統(tǒng)恢復(fù)、設(shè)備缺陷處理及安裝工作正在進(jìn)行中，采取熱爐放水預(yù)熱烘干法進(jìn)行了保護(hù)。待上述相關(guān)工作結(jié)束后，應(yīng)按照機(jī)組停運(yùn)的時間長短，依據(jù)火力發(fā)電廠停（備）用熱力設(shè)備防銹蝕導(dǎo)則SD 22387的要求，采取相應(yīng)的防銹蝕方法進(jìn)行機(jī)組的保護(hù)。Because system recovery, equipment defects and erection work are going on after Unit acid clean and steam blowing, take discharge from hot boiler, preheat and drying method to protect boiler. After the above works are done, corresponding anti-corrosion measures should be taken according to the time of Unit stopping and as per the requirements SD 223-87 in guide rule of stopped/ spare heat equipment anti-corrosion in thermal power plant to protect the unit.由于是試運(yùn)機(jī)組，啟動和停運(yùn)具有一定的不確定性，以及現(xiàn)場條件的限制，機(jī)組應(yīng)采取氨-聯(lián)胺法進(jìn)行停運(yùn)期間的防銹蝕保護(hù)。具體操作方法為：as it is trial run unit and considering there is some uncertainty of starting and stopping and limit of site condition, hydrazine method should be applied to protect unit from corrosion. Here is the operation method.1) 短期停爐保養(yǎng)：試運(yùn)期間預(yù)計停爐時間在3天以內(nèi)，當(dāng)機(jī)組停運(yùn)后，加藥泵（磷酸三鈉加藥泵）繼續(xù)向爐內(nèi)加藥，逐步調(diào)節(jié)爐水PH值在10.511.0范圍，停加藥泵，然后關(guān)閉所有閥門，將鍋爐系統(tǒng)與外界隔離，停止上水、放水，使?fàn)t內(nèi)處于無氧狀態(tài)，受熱面不受腐蝕，從而達(dá)到鍋爐保養(yǎng)的作用。Boiler maintenance in short time stop: boiler stop time during trial run is expected within 3 days. When the unit stops, continue dose in boiler with dosing pump (TSP dosing pump) to adjust the PH value of boiler water to 10.5-11.0; then stop dosing and shut off all valves to separate boiler system from outside; stop filling water and discharging to make boiler inside in oxygen free status and keep heat surface from corrosion. In this way, boiler is protected.2) 長期停爐保養(yǎng)：試運(yùn)期間預(yù)計停爐時間超過20天，在機(jī)組停運(yùn)后，對鍋爐進(jìn)行換水降溫，當(dāng)爐水溫度降至70度時，放凈爐水，將200m3水箱配制的含聯(lián)胺濃度大于200mg/l（用氨水調(diào)PH值至1010.5）的氨-聯(lián)胺溶液，在配藥箱內(nèi)攪拌均勻，用輸送泵加到鍋爐內(nèi)，按鍋爐上水的要求，將加好藥的保護(hù)液打入鍋爐。直至鍋爐頂部所有空氣門見水。使?fàn)t內(nèi)保護(hù)液面與外界隔離進(jìn)行保養(yǎng)。保養(yǎng)期間每天做一次取樣化學(xué)監(jiān)督，保護(hù)掖(N2H4)的濃度大于200mg/l，PH值為10.0-10.5。停爐保養(yǎng)工作必須控制好保護(hù)液的濃度。Long time stop of boiler and maintenance: boiler is expected to stop for more than 20 days during trial run. As per the requirement of filling water in boiler, put the dosed protection liquid into boiler until all air valves on boiler top dip in water.
