期末乘務(wù)英語聽說考核方案

1、1 / 1110級乘務(wù)英語聽說訓(xùn)練期末考核方案為實施對空中乘務(wù)專業(yè)學(xué)生的 乘務(wù)英語聽說訓(xùn)練 課程的考核 工作，我們結(jié)合分院空中乘務(wù)專業(yè)學(xué)生的專業(yè)實際需要， 提高學(xué)生動 手操作能力而設(shè)計本考核方案。一、總體目標綜合實訓(xùn)按照工作過程導(dǎo)向的教學(xué)模式， 基于“以培養(yǎng)職業(yè)能力 為核心，以工作實踐為主線， 以項目為主體， 用項目進行驅(qū)動的理念。 實訓(xùn)方案設(shè)計基于工作過程， 從對學(xué)生的技能培養(yǎng)、 所涉及的相關(guān)知 識、職業(yè)素養(yǎng)要求去考慮。 使學(xué)生在了解乘務(wù)工作專業(yè)知識的背景下， 能夠熟練為乘客提供機上服務(wù)。二、實訓(xùn)地點模擬機艙三、考核教師呂娜，黃華，趙燕四、實訓(xùn)考核詳細內(nèi)容實訓(xùn)考核內(nèi)容將以學(xué)生進行角色扮演的形

2、式進行，6-7名學(xué)生為 一組，角色分別為一名乘務(wù)長，4-5名處于不同號位的乘務(wù)員，每組15-20分鐘，依此順序輪流進行。 學(xué)生根據(jù)所設(shè)的英文情景，完成起 飛前安全檢查，檢查內(nèi)容包括安全帶，椅背，窗遮板，行李架，緊急 出口座位，電子設(shè)備；起飛后服務(wù)程序，包括致意，送報紙，雜志， 餐前水，餐食供應(yīng)，餐中水，餐后水等餐飲供應(yīng)全過程。降落前安全 檢查，檢查內(nèi)容包括安全帶，椅背，窗遮板，行李架。要求整個實訓(xùn) 環(huán)節(jié)，學(xué)生全部用英語完成。乘務(wù)長職責PS1：在整個航班中， 乘務(wù)長負責全組協(xié)調(diào)需要進行機上廣播 （包括航 線介紹，餐食服務(wù)廣播等） ，特殊情況的處理。負責和SS5送餐。2號乘務(wù)員職責（SS2）：協(xié)助

3、PS1工作，送報紙，和SS3負責送餐前水，SS2和SS5推 餐車到前艙，SS2換PS1送餐。降落前收回報紙，雜志。3號乘務(wù)員職責（SS3）：2 / 11負責Y艙（經(jīng)濟艙）旅客服務(wù)，送雜志，和SS2送餐前水,特殊 旅客服務(wù)，和SS5收餐，供應(yīng)餐后水。4號乘務(wù)員職責（SS4）：負責后廚房飲料準備，負責收杯子，和SS6負責送餐中水5號乘務(wù)員職責（SS5）：負責后廚房餐食準備，負責和PS1送餐,和SS3收餐，供應(yīng)餐 后水.6號乘務(wù)員職責（SS6）:協(xié)助廚房工作，負責和SS4負責餐中水服務(wù)。負責降落前收杯 子。五、總結(jié)學(xué)生實訓(xùn)考核情況最后，當所有的學(xué)生輪流考核完成后， 考評老師對每組學(xué)生的優(yōu) 點進行點評
