3、力,同時(shí)培養(yǎng)了良好的服務(wù)的意識(shí)。我性格開朗為人坦率,具有有責(zé)任感。同時(shí)我態(tài)度嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、認(rèn)真。銀行的工作通常比較瑣碎,我的優(yōu)點(diǎn)是能夠把瑣碎的事情專心致志的做好。在做實(shí)習(xí)教師的期間,我每天都備課講課、幫助學(xué)生答疑解問(wèn),查學(xué)生的自習(xí)情況和就寢情況,這些事情雖然每天都在重復(fù),但是我依然做的很認(rèn)真。我相信憑著我認(rèn)真的態(tài)度,定會(huì)做好銀行的工作。(1) 你的缺點(diǎn)是什麼?我的缺點(diǎn)是與人接觸的時(shí)候沒(méi)有芥蒂,往往太容易相信別人,但是我覺(jué)得這也更容易讓別人覺(jué)得我真誠(chéng)。還有就是說(shuō)話比較直接,容易得罪朋友,但是說(shuō)的都是實(shí)話,所以平常朋友們不會(huì)太過(guò)在意反而喜歡和我在一起。(盡量說(shuō)一些無(wú)傷大雅的小問(wèn)題,甚至把缺點(diǎn)變成優(yōu)點(diǎn))(2
4、)你的俄座右銘是什麼?我的座右銘是:只為成功找條件,不為失敗找借口。因?yàn)槿送ε率?,我們要善于在失敗中尋找成功的條件,而不是一味的推卸責(zé)任。(不要太抽象的座右銘,也不要太偏激,解釋可以擴(kuò)展一下。)(3)你最最崇拜的人是誰(shuí)?是我的母親。我的母親是一個(gè)勤勞樸實(shí)的工人,母親對(duì)我和姐姐的期望很高,并且一直無(wú)怨無(wú)悔的付出。在我讀高中的時(shí)候,父親失業(yè),姐姐當(dāng)時(shí)在上大學(xué),母親一個(gè)人供2個(gè)孩子上學(xué),很不容易,可想而知,母親付出了多大的艱辛和努力,并且要很大的毅力。(只要是你崇拜的人都可以說(shuō),最好能夠與你應(yīng)聘的工作的某種精神符合)(4)你認(rèn)為自己有什麼有點(diǎn)?(我們?yōu)槭颤N要錄用你?)以下給出兩種答案,任選其一
